Handling & Transit Times
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays). Shipping time frames average 4-6 business days. Expedited /alternative shipping options are not offered.
Delivery Address
USPS PO BOXES / Post Office General Delivery will not be accepted for shipping address. Providing one will delay order processing. If a physical address is not available, a FedEx OnSite pickup location may be used.
Order Tracking
Once an order is processed, a tracking number will be entered into PayPal and an invoice with tracking information will be emailed.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders $189 & higher applies to the contiguous 48 states only.
- We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada for an additional fee.
- The rate charged is based on the weight and destination of the package. The shipping rate will be calculated after a shipping address has been entered (before payment is required).
- Canada rates include shipping/transportation & import fees.
International Shipping
At this time, we are only able to ship to the United States & Canada.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please Contact Us within 5 days of receipt of shipment for assistance. An order or invoice number and photos will be required.
